Hey guys,
So, I'm healing up quite well. Today started out at 4 a.m. when my carbon monoxide detector decide it was gonna need its battery changed. I did that in the haze of sleep, then crawled into bed to sleep till my alarm woke me up at 8. That was the plan anyway. I slept right through my alarm, and woke up a little after 10. I dashed over to Booker T., and developed the film I shot on sunday. During this process, I had a short chat with Dylan, and received a list from Wakeley, telling me what I needed to get done. 1.) Charge the point-and-shoot digital cameras. 2.) Roll 20 rolls of film. 3.) Organize the monstrous art cabinet in the advanced darkroom. I started plugging in chargers when all the power strips on the now nefarious Chargeodactyl/Skeletor/Skelecharger decided to short. Wake and I just stared at in amazement. We rerouted 2 of the power strips through 2 more power strips, and into the wall. So task 1 was completed. After we sorted out the problem with Skelechargerdactyl, I set to work on rolling my film. I got to 14, and the film rolled out of the roller. We had changed the roll when I had started. I over rolled a little bit... Task 2 was completed... sort of. The third task, I asked Dylan to start. He had it done in a single class period, and he did it well. After a nice printing session, both analog and digital, I ran to Sonic, then school. After I ate, I went around campus, and got a FABULOUS idea for a series. I stood against the wall of the main academic building, and shot up and angled. I was AMAZED at how well it turned out. Operation 'Superhero Search' is a go! All I need now is to shoot people looking like they're about to crawl on the wall, or ducking into a phone booth. Math class tonight after my little shooting epiphany. I was called the 'Walking Calculator', only because the stuff is fresh in my mind from high school. All in all, a good day.
